FPSDC values its members as major contributors in achieving a better Federation. Our goal is to sustain the growth of the members by building up their capability so they may be able to perform the tasks expected from them with more knowledge and expertise. To concretize this goal, FPSDC organized a learning visit in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam from May 29, 2025 to June 1, 2025.
During the visit, participants will immerse themselves in Vietnamese culture, traditions, local attractions and cuisine. In addition, they will gain valuable insights from the experiences of Saigon Cooperative, a consumer cooperative, and explore best practices that may be adopted by FPSDC and your cooperative. It is also an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie and teamwork among FPSDC members.
We are pleased to invite your cooperative to participate in this meaningful engagement. The total cost per participant is now ₱61,000.00, covering the following package:
Airfare: Manila – Saigon – Manila via PAL (inclusive of travel tax, terminal fee, travel insurance, 30kg baggage allowance, and meals onboard)
3-Night Hotel Accommodation (Twin Sharing with full-board meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Local Transfers: Based on the final itinerary while in Ho Chi Minh

May 29: Arrival in Vietnam (MNL-SGN 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM), City Tour (Meals on board, Dinner)
May 30: Visit to Saigon Cooperative (B, L, D)
May 31: Visit to My Tho – Mekong Delta (B, L, D)
June 01: City Tour, Departure (SGN-MNL 3:35 PM – 7:25 PM) (B, L, –)

For those members who are interested in joining the said learning visit, but whose financial capacity is limited, you may avail of the following:
Institution building loan assistance of FPSDC per one (1) cooperative with a maximum amount of Php50,000 at zero percent interest payable in one (1) year or Institution Building loan with a maximum amount of P500,000 with 8% interest rate per annum based on diminishing balance payable in two (2) years;
Utilization of your existing 50% Cooperative Education and Training Fund (CETF) remittance to FPSDC specifically for this purpose, any balance from the cost shall be paid by your organization.
