As a part of its nonfinancial services, FPSDC also aids in the marketing and distribution of community products. This service strengthens the advocacy of the Federation for sustainable development for it helps the disadvantaged producers to have fair access to market while encouraging them to observe socially and environmentally just practices.
The brand Farms and Cottages (F&C) was adopted by FPSDC as its carrier brand. The brand occupies a prominent area in major supermarkets like SM, Shopwise, Robinsons, Puregold, Ever and Landmark among others. At present, the F&C brand is already in 457 supermarkets in Metro Manila. F&C products include:
- Organic Rice from organic farms in Bicol, Nueva Ecija, and South Cotabato (in red, brown, pink, and black colors);
- Muscovado Sugar from the sugar canes of Antique and Sultan Kudarat;
- Coco Sugar from communities in Misamis Oriental;
- Herring or Spanish Sardines from a pioneer community in the South;
- Nata De Coco from the Southern Tagalog part of the country

In formulating programs and services, FPSDC keeps in mind and heart the welfare of our local farmers. The Federation is committed to finding ways on how to help them get better income through different opportunities. In line with this, FPSDC recently launched the newest upgrade to their product distribution and marketing facility: the e-cooptrade.coop. The said marketing facility is an e-commerce platform that endorses the F&C brand together with other products from the cooperatives. It aims to be the premier cyber marketing hub of the cooperatives in the Philippines for it is a venue for them to buy and sell products online.
E-cooptrade.coop is the brainchild of the tri-partnership of FPSDC, RedRoot Artists Cooperative, and Cooperative Development Authority. The goal of this project is to help boost the competitiveness of cooperatives and community enterprises in the ever-changing global market by adapting to the trend of online presence. The project highlights home-grown & organic products by cooperatives and social enterprisers in the Philippines. This alternative and sustainable form of marketplace has the power to advance the local Philippine economy, manifesting the capability of cooperatives and community enterprises to work together in providing high-quality, home-grown products in the market.
