FPSDC provides institution building services depending on the requirements of the members. IB Program is a strategy to facilitate and sustain the growth of FPSDC member-organizations so they will be in the best position to pursue and achieve their development goals and objectives. There are four phases which members have to undergo:

Phase 1 – Organizational Diagnosis
Phase 2 – Intervention Planning
Phase 3 – Implementation / Monitoring
Phase 4 – Evaluation

Mode of implementation depends on the member. It is either:

• Responsive Mode- accessed by members by submitting proposal for approval of MECOM. May include any of the activities within the program components defined by FPSDC.
• Proactive Mode - initiated and undertaken directly by FPSDC for itself, for its member and partner institutions (i.e. trainings, coaching etc.)
